An employer once asked me what my superpower was during a job interview. Immediately, without hesitation I responded that it was: “Being Present”.
Subconsciously, I’ve always found myself in a career that involved some aspect of relationship building. I’ve been fortunate enough to work as an internal recruiter for top companies such as SnapChat, Motion Recruitment, Internet Brands as well as working on the Partnerships team at DoorDash during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic.
The Awefer Agency is the manifestation of my commitment to merge my passion for people with my superpower of being present; showing up for my candidates and clients every single time! #BeAwesome
